Wahoo Integration

This article is a guide on how to connect your Wahoo device with Bikemap.

The way to do this differs if you do it via the website or in the app.

iOS and Android apps

Before trying to connect your Wahoo account to Bikemap, you will need to make sure you have a fully completed account with us. Your email address also has to be successfully verified. 

1. Go to your account settings.
2. Scroll down and click on "Integrations".
3. Press "Connect with Wahoo".
4. You will then be redirected to the Wahoo website and prompted to log in to your Wahoo account and give permission for the integration.
5. Your Wahoo should now be connected with your Bikemap account. 

Website

1. Login to your account on our website and go to your account settings.
2. Click on "Integrations".
3. Press "Connect".
4. You will then be redirected to the Wahoo website and prompted to log in to your Wahoo account and give permission for the integration.
5. Your Wahoo should now be connected with your Bikemap account. 

Disconnecting your Wahoo Account

If you would like to disconnect your Wahoo account, you should go to the integrations section of the settings and press the "Disconnect" button. You can reconnect anytime. 

Troubleshooting

If it is not working as expected, please do the following: 

• Check if the connection is still active by going to the integrations section of your account settings.
• Disconnect and reconnect your Wahoo account.
• Check your Wahoo settings to ensure all required permissions have been granted.
