Bikemap Spring Giveaway

Terms and Conditions for the Competition

Eligibility: Participation in the competition is open to users who have reached the legal minimum age at the time of the draw and have an active Bikemap Premium Membership. Bikemap employees and their relatives are excluded from the draw.

Entry Period: The entry begins on May 15, at 12:00 AM and ends on May 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM CEST.

Entry: Users with a Premium Membership need to opt-in to join the competition. To win, the user must have an active Bikemap Premium Membership at the time of the draw. Users can increase their chances of winning by completing the following actions:

• Signing up for the newsletter (+ 1 chance to win)
• Referring friends who become Premium members (up to 6 additional chances to win)

For each completed action point, the participant will receive an additional entry. A maximum of 8 chances per participant is allowed. Participants can check their progress in the app. Chances of winning cannot be increased by the payment of a fee.

Winner Selection: Winners will be drawn from all eligible participants within one week of the end of the competition.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be personally notified via email. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, we reserve the right to draw a new winner.

Prizes: The main prize is the VELO DE VILLE E-Bike 6TY URBAN 28” 9GG ALVINO, recommended retail price 3.500 EUR. Another prize is a cycling holiday in Vienna for two people, provided by Rad & Reisen GmbH, valued at approximately 1.500 EUR. The organizer’s terms and conditions apply. The travel dates will be arranged directly with the tour operator. The travel to Vienna is not included. Additional prizes are 10 x Bikemap Lifetime Membership upgrades for personal use or to give away to friends with an existing premium membership. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. 

Prize Delivery: Prizes will be delivered to the winners within 30 days after the prize draw.

Data Protection: All personal data will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be disclosed to third parties. No personal data will be shared by us neither with VELO-DE-VILLE nor Rad & Reisen GmbH. 

Miscellaneous: The organizer’s decision is final and no recourse may be had to the courts. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the prize draw at any time if required by legal reasons or, if circumstances beyond our control occur.

Exclusion of Participants: We reserve the right to exclude participants from the prize draw if we determine that they are manipulating the prize draw, violating these terms and conditions, or engaging in fraudulent activities. Exclusion may occur without entitlement to a prize and without prior notice.
