Paying your Premium membership
You will be billed for your Premium membership at the beginning of the payment period (after the trial). The subscription will renew automatically according to your chosen plan.
Supported payment methods
Bikemap supports all common payment methods. We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), SEPA direct debit, Klarna (SOFORT Payment) and PayPal.
On occasion, payment errors can occur. If you encounter any problems during your payment, please reach out to our support team. We are happy to help you.
Choosing PayPal as your payment method
Please note that when choosing PayPal as your payment method, you need to log into your PayPal account. You can do so by selecting PayPal and clicking on the yellow "PayPal" button. Then, follow the instructions in the window that pops up.
Editing your payment information
You can change or update your payment information on our website in the settings section of your profile. If you would like more information on how to change your payment method, go to this page.
Requesting a refund
If you are not satisfied with your Premium purchase, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Find detailed information on requesting a refund here.
