Purchasing your Premium Membership
You will be billed for your Premium membership at the beginning of the payment period (after the free trial). The subscription will renew automatically according to your chosen plan.

Supported payment methods
Bikemap supports all common payment methods. We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), SEPA direct debit, Klarna (SOFORT Payment) and PayPal.
On occasion, payment errors can occur. If you encounter any problems during your payment, please reach out to our support team. We are happy to help you.
Choosing PayPal as your payment method
Please note that when choosing PayPal as your payment method, you need to log into your PayPal account. You can do so by selecting PayPal and clicking on the yellow "PayPal" button. Then, follow the instructions in the window that pops up.
Editing your payment information
Purchasing a Premium subscription in the apps
When subscribing on iOS or Android, it's important to note that the subscription process is managed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store), rather than directly through us. This means that your payment and subscription details are handled securely by the app stores.
These are the steps you need to follow to subscribe to Bikemap Premium in the app:
- Profile: Open the app and go to your profile.
- Premium: Select "Go Premium."
- Plans: Pick a plan (Monthly/Yearly).
- Confirm: Complete payment via the respective app store.
- Enjoy! Access Premium features for an enhanced cycling experience.
Please note that the 3-year Plan cannot be purchased in the apps as it is not an automatically renewable subscription. You can find more information about this here.
Requesting a refund
