I received Premium as a gift but I'm already a Premium member

If you received Bikemap Premium as a gift but you are already a Bikemap Premium member, there are several options how you can proceed:

• You can cancel your ongoing subscription and redeem the voucher once your membership has expired. (The 3-year membership can be redeemed anytime.)
• You can request a refund for your existing membership if you want to redeem your voucher code immediately. In this case, submit a request to our support team.
• If you do not want to activate the membership at all, you can give your voucher code to someone else.
