I can't find my routes
You created or recorded one or several routes, but can't find them in the app or on the website? There can be several reasons for this.
Where can I find my routes?
In the Bikemap app in the profile tab, you can find your planned, recorded and offline (Premium users) routes along with your collections.
On the Bikemap website you can find your routes in your user profile. Click on your username, then on "Routes". In the tab on the left you can now choose from your created, ridden, tracked and favourited routes.

Tip: Make sure you have a good Internet connection when saving your route. Routes that are not saved after you have finished your recording cannot be restored later.
Multiple accounts
If you have multiple Bikemap accounts, please make sure that you are logged in with the account you created the route with. Please check whether you have entered the correct email address and password combination.
If this is the case, your created routes will be automatically synchronised between all your devices.
