Managing your Premium subscription
You can manage your Premium subscription in a few different ways. This includes changing which payment plan you're on, changing your payment method and pausing (only Google Play) your subscription.

The way you manage your subscription depends on how you signed up to Premium.
Via the website
- Go to your profile settings on our website.
- Click on "Manage membership".
- Switch to a different subscription plan by clicking on the corresponding buttons.
Via the Apple App Store
If you subscribed for Premium on the iOS app via the App Store, you need to manage your membership in your device settings:
- Go to your device settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
- Select Bikemap.
- From here you can switch your plan from monthly to yearly and vice versa.
Via the Google Play Store
If you subscribed to Premium on the Android app via the Play Store, you need to manage your membership there:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select "Payments and subscriptions" from the list.
- Tap "Subscriptions" and select Bikemap from the list.
- Once here you can switch plan, update your primary payment method and set up a backup payment method.
You can also follow these steps if you're using a computer:
- Go to play.google.com, then in the left menu click "My subscriptions" or use the URL http://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions to open your list of subscriptions.
- Find Bikemap from the list and click "Manage" on the right hand side.
- Once here you can switch plan, update your primary payment method and set up a backup payment method.
