Changing my email address

You can use your email address to log in to your Bikemap account on our website and on our app.

If for any reason you want to change your email address that your account is connected to, please proceed as follows:

Via our Website 

1. Go to your profile settings on our website (you cannot change your email from within the app).
2. Type in your new email into the corresponding text field. 
3. Scroll down and click "Save". A green notification will indicate that your profile has been updated successfully.

In the App

1. Go to the profile tab.
2. Press "Edit" on the right hand side.
3. Type in your new email into the corresponding text field. 
4. Press "Save".
