Managing / cancelling your subscription
You can change or cancel your Premium subscription at any time.
Depending on the way you initially signed up for Premium you have to follow different steps.
Via the website
- Go to your profile settings on our website.
- Click on "Manage membership".
- Switch to a different subscription plan or click on "downgrade to free membership" to cancel your membership.
Note: You can pause your membership up to 3 months. Find detailed information on how to do so in this article.
Via the Apple App Store
If you subscribed for Premium via the Apple App Store you need to manage your membership there:
- Go to your device settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap “View Apple ID” (You might need to sign in or use Touch ID).
- Tap “Subscriptions”.
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage and tap "Cancel Subscription" if you want to cancel your subscription.
Via the Google Play Store
If you subscribed to Premium via the Google Play Store, you need to manage your membership there:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap Menu -> Account -> Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap “Remove” if you want to cancel your subscription.
You can also follow these steps if you're using a computer:
- Go to play.google.com, then in the left menu click "My subscriptions" or use the URL http://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions to open your list of subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to manage.
- Click "Cancel" to cancel your subscription.
Note: You can pause your membership up to 3 months. Find detailed information on how to do so in this article.
Once you cancel your Premium membership, it will automatically end with the current payment period.
Please note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your membership.
