Pausing your Premium subscription

Premium subscriptions that were purchased via the Google Play Store can be paused for up to 3 months. Subscriptions bought in any other way can not be paused.

General information

• During the period of the pause, no membership fee has to be paid and access to Premium functions are suspended.
• You can reactivate your Premium membership at any time during the break. If you do not do this for the whole 3 months, your Premium membership will be automatically reactivated after the break.
• You can only pause your membership once.
• During the trial period, pausing your subscription is not possible.
• Cancelling your subscription can only be done after the pause is over.

Pausing via the Google Play Store

If you purchased Bikemap Premium on the Google Play Store follow these steps:

1. Open the Play Store on your smartphone and access the menu in the top left.
2. Tap on "Payment & Subscriptions".
3. Tap on "Subscriptions" and select Bikemap.
4. At the bottom, tap on "Pause payments" and select the desired length of the break.
5. Tap on "Confirm" and your Premium membership will pause.

You can also follow these steps if you're accessing your Google Play account on your computer.

1. Go to play.google.com, then in the left menu click "My subscriptions" or use the URL http://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions to open your list of subscriptions.
2. Select your Bikemap subscription and click "Manage" on the right hand side.
3. Click "Pause payments" and select the desired length of the break.
4. Tap on "Confirm" and your Premium membership will pause.

To end the break early, you can tap on "Resume" in your Google Play account or "Continue" on the banner that is displayed at the top when the app is started.
