I can't log in
Difficulties logging in to your Bikemap account can be caused by a number of things. This includes not using the right login method and having multiple Bikemap accounts.
You can log in to your Bikemap account using your email address, username, Apple ID, or your Google or Facebook account.
Make sure to log in using the same method you used when initially signing up to Bikemap. If you do not do this, it could lead to multiple accounts being created.

If you signed up to Bikemap more than once (e.g. with a second email address) you could encounter difficulties finding your routes or accessing Premium features. This is often because you are logged in to different accounts on your smartphone and your PC.
To ensure that you have access to all of your routes and Premium features, you can either merge your accounts or make sure to be logged in with the same account on all of your devices.
Please always make sure to enter the correct email address and password combination.

Resetting your password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it and create a new one.

Are you logged in to the wrong account and would like to log out?
Website: Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Log Out" at the bottom of the drop down menu.
Apps: Tap "Profile" at the bottom of the screen and open the settings (gear wheel icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen). Scroll down and select "Sign Out".
